"3-Point Connect" is the term used to describe the system by which we attempt to establish a relationship with every guest. It is a 3-phase plan to ensure that every guest has a genuine opportunity to connect with the church.

It consists of the following:
The Guest Reception:  This is a quarterly informal reception held for 1st time and return visitors during a 3-month period. The guests are served refreshments and taught the bible study, "A Place Prepared for You". The reception lasts approximately 20 minutes.

Orientation Class:  The NLAC Orientation class is one session that gives the new member an opportunity to meet staff members and church leadership. They are familiarized with the history of NLAC, the vision & mission statement of the church, are introduced to the United Pentecostal Church International, and learn some of the basic history of the Pentecostal movement. Orientation lasts approximately 1 hour.

Basic Training Course:  Basic Training is our new convert class. This course is designed to deepen the new believer's knowledge of the Word of God, strengthen their faith, and prepare them for a life of ministry. The class is patterned after the military basic training or "boot camp" and is taught in 12 one-hour lessons. The Basic Training culminates with a graduation.
